3 Tactics for Affiliate Marketers

Hey Everyone,

We had a great training call this morning. Thanks to all of you who made it on the show.
The questions were great, and kept all of us busy.

You can watch the training right here.

Someone on the show asked about ways to make money everyday. I shared with everyone an article that I came across from Frank Kern.
He created his “Daily Money-Getting Checklist”

1. Did you make an offer to your list?
2. If no, did you send usable content?
3. Did you schedule a reciprocal mailing with a top-level JV partner?
4. Did you send an offer to your Twitter list today?
5. If no, did you send usable content?
6. Did you schedule a reciprocal “tweet” with a top-level JV partner?
7. Did you get new people into your funnel from COLD traffic sources like PPC?

this was from his Mass Control Monthly March, 2009 edition.

I also talked about the 3 tactics from Affiliate Marketers. This was based on an article written by Brian Clark (copyblogger.com) featured in the April 2009 FEEDFRONT MAGAZINE.

Brian talked about getting your prospects in a “buying frame of mind”.
He lists 3 ways to effectively promote.
1. Endorsements
2. Tutorials
3. Bonuses

Thanks for checking out the blog.  Feel free to leave me questions and comments.  I personally review every comment. :)

Stay Fit and Have Fun,

Brent

Hope we do get some more affiliate tools to use, the free pdf would be ideal, and some thank you pages designed for us to use too please :)

also banners for all affiliate programs would be great, and much easier to promote.

Also the link to the linkbrabder program isn’t correct, it shows another program that isn’t for sale anymore!

Also i have a question: What is the difference between a lead, or sign up?
i have signed up 5 people the last week,(8 in total)but it still records as i have made 4 leads, so i don’t really get it, can you tell me more pls?
thanks

Just joined as an affiliate, I’ve got lots of knowledge and tools and just really need a bit of clear thinking to tie up some loose ends.

Already tweeted one product (Yeah, to my huge twitter following of 4 people) … and blogged about it on my primary site. I’ll blog about it on my lesser site this coming week.

Need to start planning mailing something tempting to my big mailing list though … 2 years of contacts on that one so I don’t want to just hit them between the eyes with this and waste it, I want to warm them up a bit first.

Hi Brent

Look I’m a newbie at anything to do with the internet.

What do I now do with all the affliate programs to get them onto the net. Can I get to look at the pages as I set them up to see what they look like. What about a squeeze page and everything else that goes with the program. Is it involved with the affliate program.
I have signed up for the Micro course.

Help Please
Sonny
