The Life of an Affiliate Marketer

I just got off the phone with a great lady. She had a bunch of questions about all the different ways she can make money as an affiliate.  One question that she had really struck me. She said, “Brent, can people REALLY make money as affiliates?”

My answer was “YES”.  Of course you can make money as an affiliate.  People, I spend time every two weeks pulling our commission reports, and paying our affiliates.  I see the money leave our company, compensating the efforts of our affiliates.

I told Michelle, that you can make money, but you have to work.  I know for a fact that everyone I send money to, has worked hard.  Affiliate marketing isn’t just something that you can just do.  You need to work at it, and not give up.

With the world economy struggling right now, affiliate marketing is growing.  More and more people are looking for additional income.  We are also seeing more and more people than ever before shopping from home.  This is a win-win for affiliate marketing.

To be successful as an Affiliate Marketer, take the knowledge that you have and combine it with hard work.  Once you figure it out, it gets easy.  Then you duplicate your efforts over and over again.

I am also here to assist you.  Don’t get down and discouraged.

Have a great one,

Brent

Hi Brent. Michael from Canada here, TRYING to be a new affiliate. I understand the basics, but I have no site and I guess that i AM “down and discouraged”…a bit. I know the potential of affiliate marketing, just need a quickie kick-start, something to do that might generate a dime or two, and then I might be able to take it from there. Sure hope to hear from you and don’t be shy if you’d like to mail me. Thanks for the patience!.

I like what I see and hear so far. Your video training gives and reinforced pointers which I have heard or read so far. I have also spent a fair bit of money and time buying, reading and looking through information. Very confusing to say the least.

However your programme gives me confidence to actually stop procrastinating and conquer my fear of failure.

Speak to you soon.

Hi, Brent

That’s right to make money with affiliate marketing, you have to work.

Brent

I just applied to the Black Wire Affiliate Program tonight and I still have to submit my username for the second tier , black wire, and clickbank. Whatever is needed I will comply. Most people have big dreams, that are never realized, they compromise and settle, but instead of persisting people get sidetracked. I am determined not to become sidetracked. “Never, never, never give up; never give up, never!.”—Winston Churchill

Hi Brent & Russell,

I have just joined your site, having been interested in affiliate marketing for some time. I have recently been undergoing a training programme through Planet SMS and also belong to Jim Cockrum’s my silent team, so I know what hard work is. With the help of these and hopefully your affiliate programme I am determined that this year is going to be a complete success.

With that in mind I have recently registered http://www.affiliatecashriches.com as a domain name so hope that you can point me in the right direction to start making large affiliate commissions quite soon.

Regards,
Dave Robus.

Hi Brent,

This is all very good talking about making money…but where is the meat and potatoes, the real deal, the picece of the pie we are all looking for????

Please don’t let this be another empty promise!!!

I don’t have a website either. I do have CBmall, can I promote this on my CBmall?

Never knew anything that was really fun to do that didn’t ask for hard work, which just means throwing yourself in what you want to learn and ride with mastery, taking your delight and curiosity seriously. Mentors/teachers help to save time, particularly where and when to focus, or help to remember TO focus. But the fun part IS seeing yourself “get it”, step by step.
Looking very much forward to learning with you. Love your accessibility, bravo! Si

I am just like your comment guy #2. I am trying to find the best places to advertise your links. I am going to come up with my own website and creative ways to advertise, but need a good kick start with yours to see how it works!

I have registered so many domain names with so many schemes, I’m not sure if I’m Arthur or Marthur!
I love the feel of DotComSecrets and I’m raring to go.
I’m ready to do whatever I have to to make this work.
I’m not sure where to start, so I will begin with the training. I keep telling myself that anything new is confusing at first, and as one works through it, it all becomes clear.
I can’t wait to be clear and up and running-
right off the plank at Pirates Cove!
Thanks for a great opportunity Russell.

Hi Brent I agree with your comments about hard work.A very successful business person from my country Australia was famous for saying “the harder I work the luckier I get”.I am relatively new to IM but I will use the same methods that I have used offline to be successful.

1.Discipline
2.Focus
3.determination

Thanks for all the tools and resources you and Russell are providing .The rest is up to me.
Kind Regards
Paul
