Question #1)  Where do I join the affiliate program?

Answer: You can join our affiliate program at http://www.TheSecondTier.com

Question #2) How much does it cost to join TheSecondTier affiliate program?

Answer: The Second Tier Russell Brunson's affiliate program.  Included is a free membership site where you can learn how to become an affiliate and receive free training in affiliate marketing while being able to promote our products as an affiliate.


Question #3) How much can I get paid as an affiliate?

Answer: Each product has a different commission level, some as high as 90% or more. We also have some products that offer “Residual” income, meaning you receive a commission from those products monthly as long as your referrals continue to use the product.

Although TheSecondTier is a free program and there are not any commissions to be paid to you for any referrals joining the program, we do have a 2 Tier commission structure; meaning that for any products your direct referrals sell, you will be paid a commission on those as well as on your own personal sales.

Question #4) What is a sub-affiliate, and will I get paid for their sales as well?

Answer: A sub-affiliate is someone who you refer to our affiliate program.  You will get paid for every sale that any of your sub-affiliates make.

Question #5) When (and how often) do I get paid?

Answer: We process commissions and cut a check to you on the first of each month (usually the first day). You will receive your commission check in the mail usually within the first week of the month.  There is a 30 day delay on all commission checks.  So on March 1st, we pay commissions that were earned during the month of January,  April 1st you will receive your commissions for February...

Question #6) How will I get paid?

Answer: You will be paid each month by check. We are not able to offer any other type of payment at this time, due to restrictions with most online payment providers.

Question #7) Is there a minimum commission check payout?

Answer: Yes, we do not pay out commissions until your commission account balance reaches $50 USD. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

Question #8) Can I request you to hold my commission until they reach a higher minimum?

Answer: Unfortunately, we are unable to hold commissions past the $50 minimum amount. As soon as the minimum amount is met, our accounting department will automatically set your account to receive a commission check to be cut on the first of the next month.

Question #9) What is my TheSecondTier username or ID?

Answer: In TheSecondTier, your user name and ID are the same.  You can always find your username on the home page in the members area.

Question #10) I lost my TheSecondTier username or ID - where can I get it?

Answer: If you cannot remember your login information, please go to TheSecondTier login page. In the middle of the page, you will see a box to request your password to be sent to your email. By filling in the email address you used to sign up with TheSecondTier, you will receive your user information automatically to your email box.

Question #11) My TheSecondTier username or ID is blank... what should I do?

Answer: If your TheSecondTier ID is blank, that is because you joined twice with the same password.  Please fill out a support ticket, and we can update it for you

Question #14) What if someone clicks on my link, but doesn't order today, but they come back another day and buy directly from the sale page?  Will I still get paid?

Answer: Our "cookies" are set to last for 10 years - so if someone clicks on your link, then purchases ANY of our products in the next 10 years, you will get paid commissions for those sales. 

Question #15) If someone buys one product from my affiliate link, then purchases another product a month later, will I get paid for that sale as well?

Answer: Yes, our "cookies" are set to last for 10 years - so if someone clicks on your link, then purchases ANY of our products in the next 10 years, you will get paid commissions for those sales. 

Question #16) How do I check my stats and clicks for each link?

Answer: After logging into the main page at TheSecondTier, click on the "Check My Sales" link to view your stats.  Or you can create your own tracking links by clicking on the "Tracking Tools" button at the top.


Question #17) How do I view my commission totals?

Answer: You can view your commission stats by clicking on the "Check My Sales" link at the top of the members area.

Question #18) How do I make money as an affiliate?

Answer: Your are paid commissions when people purchase through your affiliate links.  You are also paid a commission on any products that are sold by those who you have referred to TheSecondTier.com

Question #19) How does TheSecondTier help me make money?

Answer: TheSecondTier has an affiliate training center with both audio and video training.  You can reach this section by clicking on “Training Center” below the Training tab on the home page.  We also offer a Video Training Newsletter which is designed to help you become a successful affiliate marketer.  We provide you the training, the products to promote, and some additional tools to help you get a fast start and be on your way to success.
